I AM Bianca Grace

I support couples to repair and strengthen their union in service of family, community, and collective healing.

The motivation is deeper than this singular line.

Since separating in 2017, I have worked tirelessly on myself.  Ensuring my past no longer has an influence over my present and future.  Ensuring my past lives precisely there; in my past.

I use it as a beacon to steer me clear of the rocks and to keep me aligned and acting from a space of conscious awareness and presence.

As I delved deeper into my healing and became the person I was before the pain and trauma of the past…I discovered REGRET.

Prior to this point, my catch cry was that "I feel no regret…for how could I possibly regret anything when it has all led me to this very moment?"

Cue the healing.

Cue the new me.

Cue the insurmountable weight of…REGRET.

Regret for my past actions, choices, and behaviours that contributed to the demise of my relationship.

The end of my marriage.

The inevitable collapse and destruction of my family.

You see…prior to my healing journey, I knew I loved my family. I knew I loved my husband. I knew I loved our family unit.

But…and it’s a big BUT…I was not present enough in my own life to grasp the treasure I held within the palm of my hands.

I was acting from trauma and pain.

I was living in constant fight or flight.

We both were.

As a result, neither one of us were able to take a beat and truly understand the cause of our turmoil.  We were so caught up in our own pain, our own stories that we were incapable of seeing the other and holding space in those moments that required tenderness and compassion as opposed to a stead and firm hand.  Instead, we compounded and exacerbated the pain and trauma.

We hurt each other.

AND we hurt our children in the process.

Fast forward to this new and improved Bianca 2.0, and the deep awareness of what I had lost became all too clear.

That is when the grief set in — a grief I was totally and utterly unprepared for.

Only then did I realise the gravity of my past actions and choices.

Only then did I realise just how much I loved being a wife and mother and part of a family unit.

I had lost my family.

My unit.

My safety and security.

My home.

In living a life devoid of presence and awareness, I had sabotaged the very thing I adored more than anything in this world.

This is when I learned regret.

And with it came a desire to save others from this same fate.

This is my reason for being.

My mission.

My why.

I now step forward into service of the family unit.

My mission is to help you save your marriage.

(with the caveat that this work is not about sustaining abusive relationships — safety always comes first)

To guide you through the pitfalls you may be encountering.

To guide you to build a strong, unified foundation for your marriage and family.

I feel it’s important to share that I now have a renewed relationship with my children as a result of my healing.

They sometimes refer to me as “the new mother.”

There is power in healing.

I see this payoff in each moment I have with my children.

They are my north star.

They are my driving force to be better.

To continually evolve and expand.

To heal so that they may walk a smoother road than I did, and that of the generations that came before me.

This is my pain turned into my purpose.

My gift to the world.

Ubuntu.

I am because we are.

With Love
