Ubuntu.

I am because we are.

I support people to change, shift, and release the hold of their past so they can align with their highest, God-given self.

You might look at my qualifications; my training in Soul-Based Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Psychosomatic Therapy, Reiki, and Christian Counselling(current studies) and think I arrived here through textbooks.

But my true credentials were forged in the fire of my own life…

The Cost of Living in Survival Mode

For many years, I lived a life devoid of true presence and awareness. I was acting from unhealed wounds, operating in constant state of fight-or-flight, and completely caught up in my own story. Due to the burden of my past trauma and pain, I was unable to hold space for others with tenderness or compassion. Instead, I made choices and perpetuated cycles that compounded the pain around me.

For a long time, my catch cry was, "I feel no regret, for how could I regret anything when it has all led me to this very moment?"

But as I began to look honestly at how my history had shaped me, the veil began to fall away. I began to see the reality of my life and the decisions I’d made and inevitably ran face-first into an insurmountable wall of regret and grief. I suddenly realised the gravity of my past actions. I saw clearly how I had sabotaged the safety, security, and connections I adored most in this world.

Led Back to the Father

True healing is a deeply humbling process. It requires us to look at our pasts not to live there, but to understand how we show up in the world. For me, that meant facing my regrets, taking full accountability, and allowing those broken pieces to lead me precisely where I needed to be: right back to God.

Through faith, deep repentance, and tireless inner work, I didn't just recover…I was redeemed.

God does not waste our pain. He transforms it into our purpose. My healing journey completely restored my reality, moving me from survival mode into conscious presence. It gave me a renewed, deeply powerful relationship with my children, who today sometimes refer to me as "the new mother." They are my North Star, the physical proof of what is possible when you surrender to the healing process and to be led by faith and a return to God.

The Mission: Faith, Wholeness, and Ubuntu

Out of the ashes of my old life, a sacred mission was born. My regret became a burning desire to serve others and to guide them on their own journeys back to faith, wholeness, and alignment.

The African philosophy of Ubuntu teaches us: I am because we are.

We are not meant to heal in isolation. When you carry unhealed trauma, it ripples out into your relationships, your family, and your community. But when youchoose to heal, shift, and release what no longer serves your divine identity, the collective lifts.

My work is for everyone who is ready to change. Everyone who is ready to heal and grow from their trauma, step out of the rocks, and build a strong, unified foundation for their life.

How We Walk This Road Together

Because healing requires us to look at the mind, body, spirit, and soul, our work together blends practical mindset transformation with deeply spiritual modalities:

  • Faith Based Guidance: Reconnecting you to scripture, divine truth, and your higher spiritual calling.

  • Subconscious Rewiring (NLP): Shifting the default trauma responses and beliefs that keep you stuck in survival mode.

  • Energetic Release and healing: Releasing stored physical tension and restoring peace to your nervous system.

Your past informed who you are, but it does not get to dictate your future. If you are ready to do the sacred work of aligning with the highest version of who you were created to be, let’s begin.

Ubuntu.

I am because we are.

With Love
