To tell you who I am today, I have to begin with a pivotal moment in my life…a time where I found myself sitting outside on my balcony, on a warm Melbourne night… feeling utterly lost, broken, and unsure of who I had become. It was in that moment of deep despair that I realised the path I was on no longer served me.

So, I did what seemed impossible: I walked away from everything.

In shedding the life I had known; my marriage, work, and identity, I experienced a spiritual awakening. I was stripped down to my core, and in that vulnerable space, I reconnected with the gifts I had always carried within; the ability to channel divine guidance, to heal, and to guide others through their own transformations.

Now, as a Channel, Healer, and Guide, I help others navigate their spiritual journeys - whether they are experiencing their own "dark night of the soul" or simply seeking deeper alignment with their highest selves.

This journey has not only shaped me on a personal level but has also given me a unique lens through which to view the corporate world. Having experienced both corporate and wellness sectors, I have seen firsthand how disconnection, stress, and burnout mirror the same personal crises that I once faced.
